Our Beef Dripping is a traditional cooking fat derived from off cuts from beef joints. It adds great depth of flavour compared to vegetable with a high smoking point and deeply beefy flavour. Beef fat has been used for decades for cooking at high temperatures. A natural flavour enhancer to classic dishes such as roast and sauteed potatoes, puff pastry, good old fashioned fish and chip frying or spread on good thick roundels of crisp toasted sourdough, topped with sea salt sprinkles. Fat is good and it doesn’t get better than this bar of pure bovine goodness.
 The only fat I’d use when cooking steak or any beef joint with chips or roasties
