Our black pudding is made by mixing blood with oat flakes, oatmeal, pearl barley and spices and is sliced for you (the whole ‘puddings’ are quite big!). It is made the old-fashioned way with fresh rather than dried blood – for a really special flavour.Â

Made with Scottish oatmeal and with that great peppery taste, its a must to spice up any fried breakfast or with Scallops. Just pan fry or grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
