Carefully prepared into individual portions by our butchers, these pork belly strips are a versatile cut with the fat cover giving great flavour due to the free range life of Blythburgh pigs. These strips are boneless with their skin or rind on which will crispen perfectlyÂ
Season generously with salt and pepper, cover in silver foil and roast slowly in the oven for an hour at 160degC. Then remove foil and grill or BBQ on a high heat for 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Add a final glaze with a soy-based marinade or some sticky BBQ sauce.
