Our free range pork leg is a great option for those looking to do some home dry curing or for a leaner roasting joint. Leaving the bone in adds a bit of flavour to the cooked meat and gravy, even if does make the carving a little harder!

Cover in foil and slow cook this joint for juicy, pull apart pork. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 200 for the last 30 minutes of cooking time to frazzle up the crackling. Probe the joint regularly during cooking. (See cooking guidance for recommended temperatures)
