Our Blythburgh pork tenderloin is mouth-wateringly tender and the leanest pork cut available. It’s really easy to cook, just pan fry to sear the fillet and then place in a pre-heated oven at 180C for a further 10-12 minutes. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a warm place.
As it’s so lean, be careful not to over-cook as it will dry out.
