Our Goan curry paste is made by our friend Vernon Blackmore and his chefs at Choose Spice in Suffolk using a delicious infusion of ginger, red chilli and warm aromatic spices for a mouth-watering sweet and sour curry.
Simply simmer the contents of the pot with 400ml coconut milk, 200g chopped tomatoes and 100ml of stock or water along with your choice of meat, fish, seafood or vegetables, (great with chicken or prawns) until bubbling-hot and cooked-through.
