Our Sri Lankan paste is made by our friend Vernon Blackmore and his chefs at Choose Spice in Suffolk using a secret blend of piquant, roasted spices for a rich, aromatic curry.
Simply simmer the contents of the pot with 400ml coconut milk and 300ml of stock, water or more coconut milk, along with your choice of meat, fish, seafood or vegetables until bubbling-hot and cooked-through.
