Now sustainably caught once more, our prime Scottish cod fillet is landed to Peterhead Harbour on the North East Scottish coast. Cod populations have enjoyed a resurgence in recent years and we regularly get updates from our fishermen.

Perfect in batter, but equally at home in a white sauce or a gratin with cheese and breadcrumbs. A white flaky fish that’s packed with flavour.

Please note that pack sizes may vary from 1 or 2 pieces depending on size of fish filleted.

Goes really well with vegetables. Pan fry (skin side first) in foaming butter and then serve on wilted spinach or watercress, with a butter sauce. Cod for me, is one of the most beautiful fish in our waters.
