These delicious free-range duck legs are superb served whole or shredded with pancakes. Slow reared, Creedy Carver’s free-range ducks enjoy a happy, natural life with plenty of space on grass and access to water for bathing. The result is rich, fine-flavoured, succulent meat. Traditionally dry plucked, the skin crisps perfectly for a meal to savour.
Each pack contains a pair of legs. 200g–250g, (weight is per leg).
“Duck legs are delicious cooked slowly at a low heat. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C then prick the skin all over and season (Chinese Five Spice is delicious too). Roast on a rack for 90 minutes or until the skin is crisp and the meat falls away from the bone.”
