Our premium geese are the renowned Legarth strain, known as the finest meat-producing geese. They are supplied by Philip Hunter, a third-generation farmer who raises them on his family farm. These free-range birds enjoy a diet of home-grown cereals and pulses, foraging naturally for grass and bugs.
Size, Storage and Cooking Guidance:
Fresh geese are best stored at 4°C or below.  For frozen geese, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
