Free Range Lamb Box (Half Lamb)

The lambs for our free range box (approx 7kg) comes from Stuart and Jayne Eglington, who farm near Eye in Suffolk. The lambs are bred using a Suffolk tup (Dad) on a Charolais cross ewe, producing a lovely traditional lamb carcase. The lambs are born in a straw yard and then spend the rest of the time with their mothers on grass.

Save 10% on the individual products by buying the box! The box is dispatched chilled and consists of half a lamb as follows:

• 1 x whole leg of lamb on bone 3kg 
  
• 1 x whole shoulder on bone 2.6kg
  
• 8 x lamb chops 900g
  
• 1 x lamb mince 350g

Ideal for storing in the freezer so you can pick and choose the joint for your next meal.
