Our diced stewing beef is a versatile cut that is great in stews, pies and casseroles. We use cuts from the chuck, skirt and flank, all hard working muscles but ones that are meltingly tender when slow cooked.
 “Cook your stew the day before you need it and then simply reheat it. This seems to enhance the flavours of the dish. You can’t beat a simple but rich beef stew with thick cut onions, red wine and porcini mushrooms”
