To make life easier for those not skilled in carving, our master butchers have skilfully boned a guinea fowl so that all your have to do is slice and serve – no bones to worry about (although we have left some of the leg and wing bone to give the bird some shape).
We have provided a boned option, with no stuffing, in case you would prefer to stuff the bird yourself.
