Our ethical alternative to farmed salmon, MòR Atlantic Trout are produced in a totally different way to salmon. The farm has low stocking rates, producing muscular, athletic fish who have to really work for their food. No sea lice, no or little disease and in a high-ecology environment.

Please note that pack sizes may vary from 1 or 2 pieces depending on size of fish filleted.

For maximum appreciation of this fish, bake the fillets en papillote (in a parchment or foil parcel) with fresh herbs and lemon. The flavour is superb, with a distinctive trout earthiness. Once tried you won’t go back to farmed salmon!
