If you don’t want the hassle of carving, then try one of our boned pheasants. You have the option of stuffing it yourself or we can provide a stuffed option using wild boar sausagemeat, which complements it perfectly. No waste.Â

Wrap in silver foil and roast for 20 minutes at 180C. Then remove the foil and continue cooking until probe reaches 70C. Remove from oven, cover again with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
