Our iconic British breakfast staple is also a tasty choice for lunch or supper with spicy rice, potatoes, pasta or sourdough toast. Cured and smoked the time-honoured way with the perfect blend of smoke and salt – and nothing else – our locally produced kippers are smoky, sweet and saline, as well as incredibly nutritious.
Responsibly caught, our local fishmongers work alongside trusted fishermen to source the finest fish, which they kiln smoke over oak chippings and sawdust in their Suffolk smokehouse.
