Delicious poached or baked, our responsibly caught haddock is cold smoked over oak chippings and sawdust by our fishmongers in their Suffolk smokehouse to create its delectable rich and smoky flavour.
Free from colourings or anything unnatural, the exceptional taste of these smoked haddock fillets lends itself to a wide range of dishes, from salads to luxury fish pies, gratins, risottos and chowders.
