Our pork is dry cured for us by our friends at Bramfield Meats. The ham is smoked or just cured ( known as green in the trade) using a 100 year old traditional Suffolk recipe. We have taken out the bone so all you have to do is slice and carve.
Please note that this product is cooked to order. Therefore there will be an 6 day window from time of ordering until delivery.
