Our pork is dry cured for us by our friends at Bramfield Meats. The ham is smoked using a 100 year old traditional Suffolk recipe. Left on the bone, many people argue that the bone adds much flavour during the cooking process.
Please note that this product is cooked to order. Therefore there will be an 10 day window from time of ordering until delivery.
