This pie is made exclusively for the Wild Meat Company, using prime cuts of venison, pheasant and partridge. Traditionally one of the favourite ways of eating game, pies like this have been made for centuries in country houses and cottages to eat cold when out in the field or at work. Makes a great meal when served hot at home.

Cook from frozen for 35-45 minutes at 210°C/fan 200°C./Gas Mark 7 or from fresh at 200C/190C for 30 mins. Great with celeriac mash.
