Suffolk pheasant and chestnuts are combined with sage and cream from a local dairy farm and encased in handmade buttery pastry. This mouth-watering mix won Truly Traceable’s husband a Silver Award at the 2017 and 2024 British Pie Awards.

Cook from frozen for 35-45 minutes at 210°C/fan 200°C./Gas Mark 7 or from fresh at 200C/190C for 30 mins. Great with celeriac mash.
