Our venison box comes from wild fallow deer which have never been to an abattoir. Instead the deer are culled by trained deerstalkers, using lead-free ammunition, as part of countryside management schemes to protect shrubs and young trees that other wildlife, such as nesting birds, depend on.  This makes venison one of the most ethical and low-carbon meats you can eat and you find out more about can why wild venison is so sustainable on our blog. It is also incredibly lean and healthy!

The box weighs approx 8 Kg and includes:

• • 3kg haunch on the bone
  • 2.5kg -3.0 kg shoulder on the bone
  • 400-500g loin fillet
  • 1 kg venison mince

The venison is dispatched chilled.
