Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide:

- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special handling instructions for perishable items
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the items securely and include:
- The original packaging when possible
- Your return authorization number clearly visible
- A copy of your original order confirmation
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the returned items (typically within 3-5 business days)
- Process your refund or exchange
- Send confirmation email once completed
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds promptly to ensure you receive your funds as quickly as possible:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return processing
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Store Credit: Immediate issuance if requested
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure food safety and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable Meat Products: All fresh meats including Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Duck, Goose, Game meat, Goat, Grouse, Guinea Fowl, Hare, Partridge, and our specialty 2 & 3 bird roasts
- Opened Food Products: Gravies & sauces that have been opened or partially used
- Custom or Special Order Items: Products that were specially sourced or prepared to your specifications
We can only accept returns on these items if they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the issue.
Exchange Options
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we offer:
- Exchange for any available product of equal value
- Credit toward future purchases
- Size or cut exchanges (subject to availability)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement shipping at no additional cost
